Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended to ensure proper quality control.
Shipping Timeframes
After processing, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
In certain cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days, depending on:
• Destination location
• Carrier operations
• Seasonal or peak shipping periods
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Coverage
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. AquaShot™ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system, as tracking information may not activate immediately.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
AquaShot™ is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe there is an issue with your delivery, we recommend:
1. Checking with household members or neighbors
2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly
3. Verifying the delivery address provided at checkout
